Do you cover IVDD?

We're proud to offer lifetime cover for intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD).

At the time of writing, about 2% of the claims we've paid out have been for IVDD!

We just need to highlight that we only cover new conditions that started showing symptoms after your Napo cover starts. We don't cover pre-existing conditions, unfortunately, including IVDD that started showing symptoms in the first 10 days of your policy.
